Be careful about what you sign as they are a temp agency. Signing up with them does not mean they have work for you. Plus you lose the ability to negotiate yourself.
Cons
Not present outside urban areas, work is not guaranteed. They are in it for the money, not you, the VCA of relief work despite their language of their ads.

Foster a sense of community and support despite being located throughout the country; good benefits (health insurance, PTO, CE compensation, etc) and you are a W2 employee (not often the case for relief work); management continues to evolve to try and adapt to what both associate vets and partner hospitals want; leadership and mentorship opportunities available; responsive leadership team; free CE opportunities; strong company values that are actually upheld; inclusive and kind environment. Has really helped me with burnout that I was experiencing prior to starting here.
Just another veterinary corporation that will throw you to the wayside when it's time to cut costs. Forced to work part time instead of full time due to profits, with little notice. Relief pays a LOT more if you do it on your own.
