      Well managed and resourced. Great small-medium company feel, personable and good culture. Work life balance is decent

      However, can be quite lean for some teams. Opportunities for growth and lateral movement. New CEO may introduce new opportunities.

      There are great groups of people and collaboration, my manager was fantastic leader.

      Cons

      loads of silos, miscommunication, loads of white anting for personal gain. Toxic people seem to get promoted.
