- Poor management - No GM, No executive chef, just a revolving door of different corporate/regional directors filling in the gaps. - Very Corporate - Indaco is one of 60+ establishments owned by the Indigo Road. - Poor Communication - high support staff turnover rate - constantly training hosts, SAs, and there’s usually a new dishwasher every shift. - High tipout - Cocktails take forever so you’re constantly pushing wine
