The CEO reads your emails, listens in on your conversations and marches around like the megalomaniac that he is. He screams and belittles employees, making it a very unpleasant workplace. The stress level is so high that you can feel it in the air. Company is having limted plan as they do not focus on professional ethics. Worst management. They only hire to make use of the employee without giving any compensation. They always make false promises and when the time comes, simply turns their back. If you have absolutely no choice, then and then think of going there but make sure that you have all the proofs either in soft copy or in a hard copy. I worked there for 6+ month couldn't get Salary on time, didn't provide salary slip. Management is very bad ,not professional. I don't recommend this bad place to work again. Worst infrastructure. If you need AC to work nicely then this is not the place for you. Bad management turning good projects in Bad. Bad employee treatment, boring office culture,No personal life,No facilities to employees,Too many constraints to work. Salary issue. join in this company only if you are ready to work without salary. Not giving salary. worked for 3 months without any pay. Nonsense management.
