Pros
If you have any concern with manager/team/work/HR , Management will listen to you even you may or may not get solution. you will get salary on time.
Cons
It is a small company and there no Inhouse projects only temporary projects at client side. No Career growth with this company. Dumb HR Team, they blindly forward the updates to team with out proper Checks and always try to escape if we ask any questions. Hectic Payroll so many mistakes in tax calculations. Do not expect you will always get friendly manager. No Cab facility and they will do Reimbursement but bit late.
