Pros
I've never had a job before where I didn't feel like I was chained to a desk or lived by some rules that limited our toilet time (not good for us small bladder peeps) No Micro-management unless extra assistance is requested/required, based in an office but able to work from home if/when required, we have remote people working from all over the world creating a diverse and cultured workforce, flexible working hours, friendly, approachable and the company's morals and ethics are great, Incsub truly cares about their staff. So thank you to our team, your lovely family for making me feel welcome & to the gaffer for hiring me and being a badass boss man!
Cons
A lot of staff work remotely from all over the world, which is awesome in most aspects however the time difference can sometimes be a bit of a pain! But this is not a massive issue, the company has great communication with their staff.
