It's a small business with close communication with the owners and upper management. It's family owned and operated and I feel like one of the family. They try their hardest to work with you and keep you happy and try to offer as much as they can for what a small business can offer.

The pay, it's really the only down side. And that sometimes I have 5 different people telling 5 different things. But they are really trying to work on communication.

The customers are wonderful and being able to interact with their pets as well as assist them with their needs was a delight. The discount was exceptional too if you have pets, saves you a great deal of money.

The owners care about you, managers do not. Unfair work environment with managers looking out only for themselves. They will lie about situations so they do not look at fault. No second chances for mistakes are given. Also upper management won't even bother asking you your side of the story they just believe their managers and take their word for it then fire you on the spot.
