Pros

Get to work at home. Making some money is better than making no money.

Cons

Talent Advocate role is a sales job in disguise. They want you to have as many nurse candidates accept a staff role as possible why teaching the staff ways to convince the candidate to accept the role even if they have major doubts such as the common low pay offers. Heavy micromanaging which leads to everything you do being nitpicked. They will complain about not texting candidates enough, not talking on the phone long enough with candidates, etc . If they want to blame you for something, they will make a way to. Everything is the Talent Advocate’s fault but the leadership will take all the credit when the monthly hire quota is met. Low pay. Huge lack in diversity for leadership roles and lower ranking roles. Sometimes you’re indirectly encouraged to work past your shift for no extra pay. Was not given any PTO. No holiday pay even when you work the many holidays that they are still open. Overall bedside nursing administration bullying/mannerisms carried on to this role.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We will always value the opinions and feedback from all employees - current and past. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the flexibility of working from home. The Talent Advocate role is a critical part of our team, and their role influences the very positive experience of nurses that use Incredible Health. We have thousands of 5 star reviews from nurses across Google, Facebook, and the App Store. Talent advocates help nurses consider multiple opportunities, provide interview preparation, help nurses evaluate offers, and coach them on a range of career decisions and considerations. We’re sorry that this role was not a fit for you. Fortunately there are many roles available at Incredible Health on several other teams, including teams that are not nurse-facing, and internal mobility is encouraged at our company in order for team members to pursue their career goals and find roles that are the right fit for their skills and preferences. Talent advocates are part of our talent operations teams, which have benefits included medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K, sick pay, PTO, and more. We evaluate the benefits of this team on a regular basis, with our next evaluation in early 2023. The team enjoys high retention rates of 95%. Performance management is part of our talent operations team members, and productivity and quality are evaluated, in keeping with Incredible Health’s value of Deliver Results - as we are responsible for delivering results to both our talent and employer users. As a hyper-growth company, we’re constantly evolving, taking in feedback, and adjusting to better live out our values and honor our commitments to our dedicated team members. While we're disappointed our initiatives did not meet your expectations, we’re thankful for your feedback and the feedback from all our teams to continue to improve the experience of our employees.
