Pros

Small teams allow you to get hands-on keyboard experience across many projects. Everyone is very collaborative and works well cross-functionally. There is also a lot of opportunity to leverage new technology/AI and experiment.

Cons

If you are not able to pivot on the fly and take direction in stride, you may not thrive here in the long term. Otherwise, it's great place to work.

Positive, helpful peers who foster a supportive team environment Great pay that’s competitive for the market Reasonable project timelines that respect time management and reduce crunch Strong benefits package Healthy work-life balance with flexibility

Cons

Limited in-person interaction with the broader team due to being distributed across the U.S. (though there are occasional local meetups with nearby colleagues)

Pros

I liked my team and boss but they left a few months ago and hasn’t been the same since. CP team was really good.

Cons

CEO is involved in everything: reviewing your PowerPoints to reading every Slack update. Everyone was always on edge. Recent layoffs and RIF were kept very quiet Company growth peaked during the travel nurse pandemic and struggling since A lot of people leaving. A lot. Recommend evaluating timing and company trajectory before joining

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is great to hear that you had a positive experience with the CP team and CP leadership. We know that shifts in team dynamics can be difficult, and we truly value the contributions of those who helped build that collaborative environment. Over the years, navigating macroeconomic changes like interest rates, pandemics, job markets, AI technology shifts, regulatory changes at any company is challenging. It occasionally requires tough decisions to evolve the strategy and ensure the long-term success of the company. We understand that shifts in headcount and strategy can be unsettling, and we are committed to being as transparent as possible with our team as we adapt to market changes. We wish you nothing but the best in your next chapter.
