Pros

High pay for low bar of entry. Get to help people in need. Choose your own hours, and clients which best suit you. Reasonably good support network within the company.

Cons

Sometimes they are a little too busy to help which can be an issue in stresfull situations but they may have improved at this. They might be charging more from clients NDIS plans in order to pay workers that highly competative rate, for some clients the extra charge doesnt neccassarily mean more quality supports. May care a little bit more about making the business profitable rather than whats best for their clients but that is a harsh call. There are definately worse companies.

You choose your clients and essentially your hours

Cons

You get paid by weekly so if you want to be paid weekly I guess that's a bad thing

Workload piles up fast and is undoable at times
