Thank you for taking time to provide feedback, I'm sorry that you feel your concerns are not being heard. Service to our patients by providing them timely, quality care remains of utmost importance to us and I'm seeing this reflected in both the quality of our patient outcomes, and our team's results. If you are seeing something different I'd welcome the opportunity to discuss it with you. Feedback is an important element of continuous improvement and collaborating to drive better results. Please use, and encourage your teammates to use, our various methods of providing feedback: 1-1s with managers, town hall meetings, quarterly team all-hands, team development, suggestion boxes, etc. or a direct conversation with me.
