Pros

Smart, mission-driven teams Feels like everyone does try put the member first Flexible, largely remote work with occasional in-person (optional-ish) touchpoints

Cons

Focus on cultivating and hiring smart leaders who are strong individual contributors but not necessarily strong leaders Systems and processes are still startup-like

Pros

The mission is great: improving access to musculoskeletal health. This is done through a really cool and futuristic body tracking program that works through almost any device's camera. Leadership is transparent and the teams are very collaborative. IncludeHealth is growing really rapidly and it is an exciting time to be here.

Cons

The fast pace of change and growth may not be for everyone.

Pros

Work from home, felt that they treated employees the best they could. Great health benefits

Cons

No structure, work overload toward the end of my tenure there. No oversight, there is no real metrics to qualify your job performance

IncludeHealth does not employ Care Coordinators and we believe this review was intended for another company with a very similar name.
