The team is nice, they try to build a pleasant culture all around. It operates in a space that is challenging, meaning a lot of learning opportunities, and a high potential for growth You can collaborate with big industry leaders on the local scene. Full remote opportunity with possibility to work from abroad depending on the role. Well-located downtown office in Montreal, although it is a very average corporate office.
Cons
Poor organization and lack of clarity of processes. This is due to a high turnover internally and the nature of the consulting world. Projects start and finish, so people have to come and go. Unfortunately the lack of foundational structure and organization makes the onboarding very difficult - in a sales role, I can hardly speak for other teams - unless you come with a previous experience in the exact same industry and role - eg. coming from a competitive firm. Sales team is willing to help, but everyone tends to work on their own projects, with their friends, it can be difficult to fully integrate to that, unless you share culture, experience and interests. There is a "Quebeco" centric approach, culture and market. I can be hard to fit in if you're not attuned to this. Fairly traditional and culture and team, not much diversity in personalities. I wouldn't call Incloud an extremely fun place, although they try very hard with what they have. Financial struggles at the time I left the company, people are frequently let go due to economic reasons - followed by new hires in the same position... Poor technological material for work - eg. computers, monitors etc.
