      Pros

      Lots of autonomy and ownership. The people were great and the office was gorgeous. The location was amazing too. There was a healthy work-life balance. Lots of mentoring.

      Cons

      A little too much autonomy at times. Project work means lulls in workload at times. Sometimes delegation wasn't handled as well as it could have been.

      Work/Life balance is great and you are able to learn skills that will help you along your entire career path.

      It is a start up company, so sometimes it can take longer to get things done with the fewer employees they have.
