Pros

Some good team members, bonus scheme was good to the point you could earn a decent amount of money but this was rare

Cons

Bonus boundaries could be changed at a moments notice. Management don’t take responsibility or listen to staff. Felt burnt out and pressure like I’ve never felt in any other job. Promotions are dangled like a carrot but then never materialised.
