So much bureaucracy that you will find it hard to do the job you signed up for. Everyone has very slopey shoulders especially upper management who are utterly disconnected with what's happening at the dealerships. They seem to make decisions that affect all employees without doing any research beforehand. Once these decisions are made and fail dramatically said managers often just leave and the next badly informed manager has to clean it all up with another bad decision and so the cycle continues. Most employees are miserable because of this. I could go on and on but I won't. Just avoid if you can.
