Inchcape chronically underpays (20% below market) and overworks their staff. Expectation is that you will work unpaid overtime and come in on weekends. If you're lucky you'll get an occasional day in lieu. Awful culture - Management is demanding, ungrateful, and not at all transparent in how they operate. Wider business is all too happy to avoid taking responsibility for their own work. Certain individuals are "untouchable" and overly compensated for doing very little at all.
