Zero, If you want to be worked to death, changed pay plan commissions every month, huge increase in pressure and more work for less pay join the new Inchcape. Only company where you go up the ladder and earn less. No work life balance what so ever. James Brearley you completely stuffed everyone is that company. I have been with Inchcape for 7 years won a number of awards then you come in cut my wages in half and I struggle to pay my mortgage and feed my kids after giving you my soul for 6 years.
