      Pros

      There were no pros, it could be a fantastic place to work if the right people were in place. It is a new shiny and bright.

      Cons

      Unfriendly place to work and male dominated. Unwilling to help colleagues when unure of anything. Some long standing employees who did not seem to respond well to change.
