      Pros

      I worked with Inception for about 2 and a half years as a General manager having worked at numerous other operators in the UK before. From my 6 week induction until the end I felt really well looked after, challenged and supported. They also have a fantastic development program which is the best I have seen in my career so far. I would genuinely recommend this company. (Plus you go on some pretty fun trips and company parties)

      Lots of late nights but that’s hospo!

      Pros

      The hours are really great and so is the pay, company trips and staff parties. They really care about their employees.

      I have been with the company for over a year and I can't really fault them compared to every other company I've worked for.
