Loads to learn every day, great work environment, you are encouraged to think big picture. You do work you can be proud of. Efficiency & speed is valued and you can learn a lot from management. Communication style is very direct.
Cons
Speed & high expectations make for lots of possible errors, frank style of feedback can be hard to take, but is extremely useful once you get used to it.
