Very much enjoyed my time at Incentrum. Entrepreneurial firm, growing rapidly with top quality people. It provided great training and a positive work environment. It was a great place to learn about M&A and private equity. The team culture fosters both personal and professional development. The small team allows for personal relationships and mentorship with all levels of management, and enjoyable weekly meals all together.

Long hours (like most finance firms). Less established procedures than larger firms.
