- Very strong development team, rejecting mediocre work. The company only hires senior developers.
- Challenging problems
- Managers always behave friendly, even when times get "rough"
- Flexible, predictable working times (no pressure to work overtime, compensation of overtime)
Cons
- Possibly long commute (depending on the position), as the company resides in Fehraltorf
- Some projects that would be nice to do cannot be done due to budget constraints (as always with small companies)
- Some of the technologies are no longer "cutting edge", as the software is > 10 years old. (But the company is constantly upgrading.)
