Pros
There are definitely days of fun and you are allowed to completely be yourself. It is highly encouraged. You are cared about as an individual to a certain point. It can be a family atmosphere if you get out of your own way.
Cons
The culture of “Core Values@ is a “Do as I say, not as I do”. There is constant talk about following the “Core Values”, it pertains to anyone not in upper management. Upper management does not always follow it. For the work that is done, especially as you climb the small ladder and take in more responsibility, do not expect the wages to be competitive. And if you are not hitting numbers consistently, you will automatically be accused of not following g the “Core Values”. The company tries their best to help you grow for sure. There is a point where that growth stops and you are stunted due to lack of continual higher positions to go to. The owners will say that it is an open door policy, it is not, not at all. Lower upper management WILL keep you from speaking any issues with them. And it all starts at the top.
