Pros

No Pros at all except that salary is on time which is basic

You can't survive more than 6 months here if you are a journalist. The founder, who has taken the designation of Editor-in-chief is clueless about her job. She brags that she used to be the best tech reporter 10 years ago, and used to write 10 great stories everyday. The fact is that she has worked for some B2B content company and has created Inc42 as a content platform under the guise of journalism. Editors who work under her keep forwarding links of stories done by Economic Times, Moneycontrol and Mint to reporters and ask them to copy paste. There is no limit to this work and people begin their day at 10 in the morning and are expected to work till 12 in the night. If you don't resist then the editor can ask you to work even at 2 in the night. No respite on weekends either. The only time they treat their employees well is when there are 2-3 resignations together. The moment they build a new team, the exploitation begins. Because the editor in chief cannot differentiate between a good story and a bad story, she often approves a story idea on the basis of what 5 other junior content writers think of it. In the last one year three editors have run away, and all the reporters who had come from reputable media houses have quit. They will hire you for journalism and will force you to do content curation for their events. If you are a journalist, just don't join this place at all even if they give you 100% salary hike, because you will be jobless after sometime.
