- A positive environment that cultivates learning and optimism - Creative and quality coworkers with excellent attitudes - Fun regular activities (cooking class, Halloween cocktails) - Guest speakers with the knowledge to help us raise our standards I honestly don't understand where these negative reviews posted came from. Every experience I've had here (4 years worth) has been nothing but positive. I find upper management very open to new ideas and improve. Compensation is very generous. They supply us with all the new tech and equipment and also give us many opportunities to grow and improve ourselves. Since I graduated I've always felt the itch to jump around companies after about 2 years. Here, I plan to stay as long as I can.

None that affect my day-to-day

Inboxlab is on the cutting edge of email marketing and is a fabulous place to work. The community is made up of excited and critically thinking people working together towards a common goal: entertaining and educating our subscribers. The perks and community events are the best I've ever had and the pay is competitive - which never hurts. All in all, I love working here and I am very excited to see where we go next!

Because of the fast pace and rapid growth it can occasionally be difficult to get meetings with leadership; however, we have recently hired a lot of new people, so it is to be expected. I'm sure in time that will settle in time.
