Pros
The work environment is very laid back here and at first it will seem like a pro, but ultimately it is to its own detriment. A lot of potential to make money for not too much work
Cons
The management is completely inept and unprofessional. Manager is high a large percentage of the work week and he will lash out at employees in overt and passive aggressive ways. Manager has actively tried to take money out of employees paychecks in the hopes that they won't notice and when he is called out on it, he writes it off as a "clerical error". I assure you, it is not. He is not a good person and if you can avoid this job entirely I would greatly urge you to do so.
