Pros

1).Good location 2).It's so bad experience to work here that any other organization will feel like heaven!

Cons

1) This not a company this is hobby started to boss around freshers 2) If you want to work peacefully then focus more on buttering the owner than doing work 4)The owner Mr Rajagopalan is expert in micromanaging and bullying his employees.. makes sly comments here n there throughout the day to undermine you 5)Dare not question him because he thinks respect comes from just being older in age and not by earning it with one's behavior.. You should by default respect him even if he insults you for no reason 6)He values nobody except only other narcissists in the company who can rat their fellow employees out 7)He does nt like unity among employees so if joining make sure to not bond or become friendly with other employees in his presence 8) After joining get ready for worse 5 months of your life because that's average time of people spend in this company before they realise they've made a mistake to join inbound mantra! 9) owner himself does not want to take the company to higher levels as it is evident, since so many years it has started but the company could not acquire long term or decent number of employees and clients

Pros

You get to learn a lot here, especially about how real client work happens. The company has its own niche and gets decent clients, so you understand how business actually works. The work is fast-paced, which helps you gain experience quickly. Salary is usually on time.

Cons

The main problem is the way things are managed. The founder knows the work, but the way he talks and puts pressure is often too harsh. It makes the environment stressful. Pressure is there all the time, even when it’s not really needed. Work-life balance is not good. Long hours and constant pressure can make you feel tired mentally. There is not much space to take a break, even when work gets heavy. All we can say micromanagement and huge gap between understanding of employees and founder. Founder doing right things in all wrong manner (that what employees perceives)
