Pros

If you are able to survive the initial 90 days to 9 months, the bonus program seems robust.

Cons

If you are unable to book a loan or move a relationship within the first 90 days…start looking for a new job. If you are behind your goals after 6 months (no matter the reason), be prepared to be put on a plan at 9 months and terminated 30 days later. Bottom line, do not work at InBank unless you can move business in short order. If you do not, you will be fired. There will be little to no communication of this fact from managers there due to fear of litigation. For example, if you find yourself in one of the above situations and ask what happens if you don’t comply with any demands made by management, they will not comment. If they do, if they communicate that you might keep your job if you fall short of their demands, they open themselves up to litigation…
