- Fantastic atmosphere in the office - Communication with management was clear and friendly - Varied work, opportunity to branch out into new areas I joined as the first graduate into the company, and was given plenty of training and guidance both from courses and in person from staff. As I was learning I was given a good balance of responsibility and oversight from more senior staff. Plenty of variety in the work due to the nature of the consultancy and the fairly open ended nature of Inawisdom's skill set.

During my time there the company was growing a lot and making a name for itself, which meant the workload could be high at some times. Company is currently ongoing changes with respect to synergising it's policies and procedures with the parent company. Like any acquisition, there will be some changes and challenges to endure. The main focus is to ensure that such challenges do not disrupt the ongoing project work.
