Pros
- Extremely friendly bunch, never had an issue with anyone for - New office environment is excellent - There is always work available from a multitude of different projects - There's ample opportunity to learn new and different things while on the job whether that be new tooling/software or just certification based - Very considerate of changing personal circumstances and accommodate as such -
Cons
- During my time the company was lacking any real structure for delivery and there were no concrete standards in place to adhere to but since then it's improved significantly. I still believe the process still needs refinement but it is heading in the right direction - Workloads can be quite a handful sometimes from unrealistic deadlines from clients which sees you working out of hours in some cases to complete/resolve tasks - Handover process for work still needs improvement
