Good - Software Engineer Inatel Employee Review

I've worked for Inatel Competence Center for about 1.5y and this company was super important to my career development. I've learned a lot from my friends and from the project I worked on. I just decided to leave because I was moving to another country, but I would love to work there again. - Co-workers like a family - Good salary - You can work in the university's project too and support the students on research. - Really good environment - The countryside city is full of technology

Very interesting projects, flexibility to work in different areas (depending on department), good atmosphere (integration with the students and different companies) you can learn a lot!

Low salaries, bad management, since this is a non profit organization, they create d a culture that you need to work as hard as you can to help the organization but they don't pay extra hours and no bonus payment.
