- Great start for everyone who wants to follow a career in Software engineering - Very friendly environment and really close knit teams - The company exploits all the latest technologies both in product development and working methods # agile mindset - Senior developers of high expertise who are willing to help and share their knowledge - Very interesting products and projects to work with and gain experience from - Flexible working hours

- Lack of people management skills - There were no performance evaluations (+ rewards / bonuses, etc.)
