Ok company, lacks leadership - Director InXite Health Systems Employee Review

• Open office environment makes good team dynamic and easy communication • Leadership is very personable, passionate and supportive • Great place to learn multiple aspects of running a business and be innovative • Flexible working hours with minimal micro-management • Fun team games and nice team gatherings

Sometimes the office is too quiet and makes me sleepy. Maybe we need a PingPong table here.

I don't have one reason why I should work there but I noticed they retained a fellow intern which is a good thing.

They are not willing to train young prospects, I had a special assignment and they weren't helping to better explain it being my first experience. I asked a lot of questions and they aren't too happy about that. I always believe as a newbie I could ask questions especially if I can't google myself out for a solution.
