Disappointing Experience: Work Culture with Poor Management - SDE-2 InViz AI Solutions Employee Review

I regret to say that my experience with the company was incredibly disappointing. The issues that stood out to me the most were the bad management, delay in salaries, and unreasonable deductions. To make matters worse, the work culture was also very toxic. Starting with management, I found the leadership team to be disorganized and unresponsive. There was a lack of communication and direction, which made it challenging to accomplish tasks effectively. The delay in salaries and unreasonable deductions were also major issues. There were frequent delays in pay, which created significant financial stress for many of us. On top of that, there were deductions made from our salaries that were not communicated or explained to us beforehand. This was extremely frustrating and made it difficult to budget and plan for the future. Furthermore, the work culture was very bad. There was a pervasive sense of negativity and hostility, which made it an uncomfortable place to work. Employees were often pitted against each other, and there was little to no support from management to address conflicts or issues. The result was an unhealthy and unproductive work environment that ultimately led to high turnover rates. Overall, my experience with this company was disappointing, to say the least. The bad management, delay in salaries, unreasonable deductions, and toxic work culture all contributed to a highly unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and fulfilling work environment.
