5 days a week in office. Not necessarily a con, but I know some people prefer work from home.

Cool product, some diamond in the rough engineers.

Wholly incompetent management. Mistakes made are like blueprints for repeating the same mistakes again a year later. Layoffs quarterly, PE bought, history of embezzlement; truly a sinking ship - a train wreck in slow motion. Rested for too long on the rockstar reputation of the FATS name.
