      Pros

      It is a great place to look for a job, from a job

      Cons

      The environment is very dull, flat, and unstimulating. I attribute this to the fact that the people in leadership positions were not put there because they were experts in their area, but rather that they are either married to or seem to personally know the founders. With that said, at least the interactions are handled professionally. Overall, not a place to grow and develop professionally.

      Pros

      Good company, loved the people and atmosphere. Had potential. Was a great place to work. I made great friendships. Changes started after new leadership took over... after the company was sold/acquired... the company changed for the worse.

      Cons

      Changes in leadership were constant. CEO, Flint didn't come from Florida to visit was telling sign. I was always afraid when the place would close because it didn't seem like priority despite being told otherwise. Sad.
