      Pros

      It is a great place to get you feet wet selling into diffrent industrys. Pot Lucks are nice. It is easy to bond with employees over how crazy management is.

      Cons

      Few people in management should be there. If you kiss ass you will be loved n promoted. The stress put on you is crazy. Things change and your not told. Data you worked for months get taken away and you can start over with new bad data then your in trouble for not getting leads. They do this on the regular. Management will turn on anyone to cover their ass.

      Pros

      Good company, loved the people and atmosphere. Had potential. Was a great place to work. I made great friendships. Changes started after new leadership took over... after the company was sold/acquired... the company changed for the worse.

      Cons

      Changes in leadership were constant. CEO, Flint didn't come from Florida to visit was telling sign. I was always afraid when the place would close because it didn't seem like priority despite being told otherwise. Sad.
