What a scam smells like - Frontend Developer InTime BioTech Employee Review

CEO seemly doesn't have it to succeed and want to exploit people for free/near free labor. Quite more than average employees working with him and just doesn't help developers get payment methods and fix IRS issues, kept asking employees to use own id and pass as him to IRS. As not being enough, doesn't want to pay developers in cash, only equity (from a company with no investors, revenue or paying customers) or crypto token that never launched, seemly due employees coming, doing some work and leaving after not being paid. He is basically putting the cost burden on developers instead, which when goes to debt, won't recover easily as a business.
