Pros

They give a nice Christmas bonus, but you will work for it all year long. Roland is a good man, but he has his head too far into sales to be a good president.

Cons

Where to start... probably at the source of all the problems, the leadership team. They are all vindictive, operate on bully tactics, manipulative, and just no ethics in any way. You'll see backs more than faces as they walk out the door for 18 smoke breaks a day. If you enjoy being a glutton for punishment, have 0 respect given, having your ideas shut down, and going to work and drowning, please apply and say see ya later to your poor family. You won't be seeing them much. The company doesn't respect the people that do good work, and they don't recognize problems until its too late, even when there are red flags being waved by the team daily. The solution to everything is give free training, and while they think that is a problem solver, all it does is overwork already tired staff. WAH policy is a joke, PTO is also a joke, and if you get up before 5pm be ready to explain yourself.

Pros

The people I work with are the I reason I stayed for so long. They are the most caring, hardworking people. Insync is a great spot to get your foot in the door for working in software for healthcare and a great resume builder; however, it is not a long term job. If you just graduated from college or are looking to change your career this is the perfect place for you for about a year to get that experience.

Cons

If you like to be micromanaged, have your ideas not listened to or taken seriously, eating at a picnic table that has been cleaned and when it rains a small 2 seat table to eat your lunch, being accountable for everything even if it’s not your job, having bugs in the ceiling lights, getting verbal promises that are never true, working all hours, being overworked with no recognition or compensation (this is by far the biggest reason people are leaving and only stay for about a year), being underpaid, no onboarding process, constant employee turnover, passive aggressive emails, taking out your own trash to the dumpster everyday, no support, no movement between departments, and no processes, by all means apply.
