CDCR is a system in crisis, and does not value nor want quality mental health. There is strong pressure to commit fraud to make it look on paper as if they are improving care. If you raise questions about this, or if you document the serious lapses in profession duty that occur more frequently than you will believe you will be retaliated against. If you communicate concerns about this to Insync they will not fulfill their obligations to intervene.
