Hardly found anything positive to count as pros.
Cons
1. Dictatorship by management & illogical one way communication. 2. No space for personal life....& Life is hell for juniors. 3. You can survive here only if you become a part of any gang. 4. Hardly get any appreciation & if you are doing good job then become target of senior as they feel insecure about their position. 5. You won't be sure that tomorrow you are coming back to your job or not. they can sac you for any trivial thing.....like page set up, a minor common error......& so many.
