Pros
The previous employees from the Salt Lake Team were great to work with and all had years of experience in the business. Everyone was willing to help out when needed and everyone wanted to see the company succeed.
Cons
After Pop Radio bought the business, they came in and let my full-time boss go and expected me as a part-time employee to continue doing my job and his.Then they hired an entry level employee to replace him and let me do the training. Every decision the new management made was a done deal...They never once asked their managers or supervisors for advice or any input from the ground level to base their decisions on.
