Pros
The people that still remain are very talented and friendly. The new owners (Pop Radio) have severely damaged the culture and trust by getting rid of key people to cut salary costs.
Cons
This company has been struggling with finances for years. Before the company was purchased we approached bankruptcy several times. This financial struggle is sure to continue.
