      Some good people are in the company, but due to bad management everyone quits.

      The CEO waists everyone's time and is very difficult to deal with. Don't work for this company.

      Get access to a large project/code base to tinker with, can learn from it if you take initiative.

      Cons

      Not much encouragement, CEO is demanding (but since there is 0 pay there is no incentives), company does not have high prospects.
