Great environment and people. 100% employee ownership, a rare benefit, motivates people to make the best decisions for clients as we all benefit from compay's success. Strong management team has a vision for the future and is very transparent with results. Fun place to work. We get together once a year for a shareholder's meeting. Every other year the company pays for the entire families to attend. A few years ago we had a family shareholder event on a cruise to the Bahamas!
Cons
Need a broad knowledge/continuous learning to be successful. IT, Software, Hardware, SCADA, MES, manufacturing best practices in multiple domains. It can be a lot to keep up with!
