      Good opportunity to learn the real estate industry based on research of actual broker listing memorandums. Insight into property development criteria for multiple asset types: industrial, office, & retail.

      Cons

      It was a pretty great opportunity, no cons that I can think of off hand.

      Pros

      401K matching, great career opportunities, company perks (free lunch, yoga, massages, summer outings, happy hour's), CEO has a personal relationship with each employee and is always accessible, if interested in a new role there's opportunities to switch, high salary, beautiful office, recently updated gym.

      Cons

      Remote work is not favorable.
