      Pros

      Good experience to challenge oneself to unreasonable demands

      Cons

      Mandatory 12-1 lunch. Coming from a successful Fortune 500 Company I found this to be very odd. Business is like a kindergarten class... there are even cameras at every corner to stalk their employees in a completely unethical way. Upper management could care less about their employees. Stay away if you value your sanity as well as your career

      Pros

      It is easy to see how much the folks care for one another. The folks at the company are committed to success on their properties. Everyone seems to be nice and genuine.

      Cons

      While every company has their issues, this one is no different. I do believe that they try and do their best and have everyone's interest in mind.
