      None if you enjoy a fast paced, ever changing environment. The company has grown quickly and will continue to expand.

      Pros

      It is easy to see how much the folks care for one another. The folks at the company are committed to success on their properties. Everyone seems to be nice and genuine.

      Cons

      While every company has their issues, this one is no different. I do believe that they try and do their best and have everyone's interest in mind.
