      Pros

      - 1.5 hour lunch - cheap vending machine snacks

      Cons

      - Upper Management doesn't understand business - Small niche market - small potential - Highly political work environment - Foxconn-type mentality - Marketing dept is incapable. Doesn't understand product and has no past marketing/sales experience. Also has no past leadership experience. Only in this position because they are "Yes man". Website has little traffic and the dept has little to show. - Must read lots of books, just like university. Must read books when you go home. - High turnover
